To encourage the people of Vaud to use public transport for their leisure activities, Mobilis, with the support of the Canton of Vaud, is rolling out a temporary low-cost offer. Available for sale from March 3 to May 10, 2025the Abo Week-end Mobilis allows free travel on all Mobilis fare zones for 1 monthin 2ᵉ class, from Friday evening 7pm until the last service on Sunday evening, as well as on public holidays. It allows you to make public transport journeys in all Mobilis zones zones for a minimum of 8 days and 4 evenings (Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as public holidays).

Refund or exchange
- Passengers may not claim reimbursement for a ticket without providing proof that it has not been used.
- The right to reimbursement of a registered subscription is granted only to the holder or, in the event of death, to his or her legal heirs. The amount due will only be paid to a third party on presentation of a power of attorney or assignment of rights.
- Refunds are generally made at any of the transport companies' sales outlets. Requests for reimbursement of paper season tickets must be addressed to the issuing company.
- No refunds will be given for : - Weekly season tickets - Transferable season tickets - Tickets marked "forfait" - Tickets/tickets as per T600.9, chapter 1.2
- The day of return is considered a day of use.
- As with all personal passes, refunds may be made on a pro rata basis if the holder wishes to purchase another pass before the validity period expires, for one of the following reasons: - Other route/other zones - Higher class - General subscription or flexible subscription - Purchase of an annual subscription instead of a weekly or monthly subscription
- In the event of death, or in the case of a retroactive refund request in the event of illness or accident, and on presentation of a document proving incapacity to travel (hospital certificate, cure or medical certificate), the refund of a season ticket is also calculated on a pro rata basis. The minimum period of use is 5 consecutive days.
- The customer may request reimbursement up to 30 days after the expiry of the proven inability to travel. Refunds are made on a pro rata basis and in accordance with the provisions of T600.9.
- Calculation of reimbursement on a pro rata basis: Price paid multiplied by the number of unused days divided by the subscription validity period in days.
- In the event of a refund request for a partially used personal monthly pass, a refund will be granted in accordance with the table below. The exact same rules apply to the Weekend pass.
- Deductible as per T600.9, chapter 1.4. The amount to be reimbursed is rounded down to the nearest franc.
