Their mission?
- Support restaurateurs in implementing eco-responsible practices with specialized, personalized advice
- Evaluate the level of sustainability of any type of restaurateur, wherever they are, through an online platform with over 200 evaluation criteria*, defined by measurable key environmental and social performance indicators, weighted according to their importance in terms of sustainability, and reviewed by public and private organizations and institutions.
- Recognize sustainable restaurants through the first specific, independent, holistic and internationally recognized Swiss certification.
In short, a sustainable approach to catering means cutting costs while doing something for the planet and society. And EcoCook® is here to certify it!
