Over 20 years of history

Since 2004, the Mobilis Communauté tarifaire vaudoise has helped make travel easier across the Vaud Canton thanks to unique cooperation between public transport providers.

2004

Under the aegis of the Vaud Cantonal authorities, the Communauté tarifaire vaudoise (CTV) was founded bringing together 5 public transport providers active across the Lausanne.

2007

The CTV was then expanded to the Gros-de-Vaud

2011

The CTV was expanded to the Riviera, Nyon, North Vaud, Vallée de Joux and part of La Broye areas. 6 more providers joined the CTV network.

2015

The CTV was expanded to include the whole of La Broye and the Hauts de Blonay

2016

The CTV was expanded to the Chablais vaudois. Les Transports Publics du Chablais public transport network joined the CTV

2021

The CTV was expanded to include the tourist routes across Le Col du Marchairuz, Le Mollendruz and Le Pillon as well as Les Paccots

2025

Transports publics fribourgeois (TPF) and Regionalps joined the 13 existing members of Mobilis

Today

Mobilis now covers all towns and villages across the Vaud region (with the exception of some tourist routes)
