Since January1, 2021, public transport users have been entitled to compensation, if they experience a delay of 60 minutes or more when arriving at their destination.
The amount of the refund varies according to the extent of the delay and the cost of transport.
For tickets or day passes :
- In the event of a delay of at least 60 minutes, reimbursement corresponds to 25% of the price of the ticket or day pass.
- In the event of a delay of at least 120 minutes, reimbursement corresponds to 50% of the price of the ticket or day pass.
For season ticket holders :
- the refund corresponds to the daily value of the season ticket, or a minimum of CHF 5, if the delay exceeds 60 minutes.
Only refunds of more than 5 francs are paid out.
