Offer details

Initiate yourself to the art of paper-cutting with a cutter who has mastered the technique of scissor-cutting!

The art of paper-cutting is rooted in the traditions of the Pays-d'Enhaut. Jean-Jacques Hauswirth and Louis Saugy were among the region's pioneers. Since then, the art of paper decoupage has been perpetuated by young artists, who have taken it a step further, cutting out not only Alpine scenes, but also more exotic landscapes, animals and objects. So, under the guidance of a cutter, we invite you to come and learn about this ancestral art and discover its history. Then, armed with your scissors, try your hand at decoupage and take home your first work of art.

This activity takes place on Thursdays from 2:00 to 4:00 pm only.

Registration: from 8 years old, 5 people maximum The activity can be booked with Pays-d'Enhaut Région (026 924 25 25) up to 12 noon the day before.
