Fort de Chillon, built in 1941 during the Second World War, was classified as a "defense secret" until 2001. Now transformed into an interactive museum, it offers visitors total immersion in the fascinating world of Swiss national defense.
Spread over 2,125 m² on several levels, the museum features more than 20 themed rooms, each offering a unique experience:
- Discover "The Adventure of the Swiss Soldier" from 1940 to 1995

The Fort, a historic monument, is not suitable for visitors in wheelchairs. However, it can be visited with friends/family who can help you over the few steps at the entrance and along the route.
