Travelling with bicycles and scooters

All Mobilis partners (except TPN urban lines 801 to 807) accept bicycles on their lines as long as there is space. However, do bear in mind that bicycles might not be permitted on board during busier periods.

Bicycles that have been folded or placed in a cover can be transported free of charge.

Bicycles that are not folded and placed in a cover require a reduced price 2nd class ticket for all zones travelled through. Bicycle tickets purchased from national ticket offices or participating operators are valid for the Mobilis zones they cover.

Junior and Accompanied Child passes allow the child to bring their bicycle for free if the accompanying passenger also has a bicycle.

Bicycles may be brought on board free of charge on the MBC train and on the TRAVYS line between Yverdon and Sainte-Croix.

Folded scooters may also be brought on board for free. Scooters that are not folded require a reduced price 2nd class ticket for all zones travelled through. Bicycle tickets purchased from national ticket offices or participating operators are valid for the Mobilis zones they cover.
