Purchase
Staff at Mobilis partner transport company sales outlets can answer your questions.
You can order a SwissPass from the sales outlets of our partner companies. To obtain your SwissPass, please bring a valid ID card and a recent passport photo.
At present, payment by instalments is not possible for Mobilis subscriptions. However, payment by credit card is accepted, which sometimes allows you to pay in instalments, depending on your bank's terms and conditions.
Rates
The Annual Pass is available in Child/Youth, Adult or Senior categories, as well as in 1st and 2nd class, and its price varies according to the number of Mobilis zones chosen.
Mobilis does not currently offer preferential fares for students.
The Mobilis annual subscription is not available for bicycles.
The Mobilis annual subscription is not available for dogs.
Perimeter
The 12 zones and more subscription allows you to travel in all 140 Mobilis zones. If the number of zones is less than 12, the zone number must be defined before purchase.
All Mobilis passes must include contiguous zones. However, depending on requirements, several season tickets may be purchased by the same holder. Depending on the situation, a 12-zone pass or more may be more economical, allowing travel in all Mobilis zones.
A connecting ticket can be purchased for Mobilis zones not covered by the subscription.
Using the Mobilis Annual Plan with other offers
Yes, the Mobilis AboAnnuel is considered a valid ticket and allows you to accompany a child with a Junior Card or an Accompanied Child Card within the Mobilis perimeter.
Yes, the Mobilis Annual Pass entitles you to the preferential rate of CHF 19.
