Use of travel days
Travel days must be activated on swisspass.ch BEFORE the start of the trip.
They correspond to approximately 2 travel days per week. However, users are free to activate their travel days over the course of a year.
A FlexiAbo is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Unused travel days cannot be carried forward and lose their validity.
Activated travel days can be deactivated on swisspass.ch up to 23:59 before the start of their validity period. After this time, the activated day cannot be refunded or deactivated.
Activated travel days are valid until 5 a.m. the following morning. Days of use must be activated before boarding a vehicle.
Once your day of use has been activated, simply present your SwissPass card. If the day was activated shortly beforehand, the ticket inspector may ask you to present the confirmation e-mail.
The FlexiAbo, including activated travel days, is personal and non-transferable.

You can order a SwissPass from the sales outlets of our partner companies. To obtain your SwissPass, please bring a valid ID card and a recent passport photo.
FlexiAbo is loaded onto your SwissPass in just a few minutes. You can activate the days on your swisspass.ch account as soon as the transaction is complete.

At present, payment by instalments is not possible for Mobilis subscriptions. However, payment by credit card is accepted, which sometimes allows you to pay in instalments, depending on your bank's terms and conditions.

FlexiAbo is available in Child/Youth, Adult or Senior categories, as well as in1st and2nd class, and its fare varies according to the number of Mobilis zones chosen.
Mobilis does not offer children's or young people's passes in1st class. For occasional travel in1st class, an upgrade can be purchased for the Mobilis zones concerned. For regular journeys, an Adult1st class season ticket can also be purchased.
No, but it is possible to purchase an upgrade for the day of travel and the Mobilis zones concerned.
Mobilis does not currently offer preferential fares for students.
FlexiAbo is not available for bicycles.
FlexiAbo is not available for dogs.
The 12 zones and more subscription allows you to travel in all 140 Mobilis zones. If the number of zones is less than 12, the zone number must be defined before purchase.
FlexiAbo is a product introduced in the Vaud, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura and Lucerne Fare Communities. Please contact the other fare communities for travel outside Mobilis zones.
A connecting ticket can be purchased for Mobilis zones not covered by the subscription.

Yes, the FlexiAbo is considered a valid ticket if the travel day has been activated.
No activation of days is required, either at the time of purchase or during travel days.
Using FlexiAbo with other offers
Refund or exchange
All Mobilis partner company sales outlets are at your disposal for any questions or after-sales service.
FlexiAbo can be repaid early and pro rata without deductible in the following exceptional cases:
- Change of route/area (e.g. when moving or changing jobs)
- Purchase of a top-class FlexiAbo
- Purchase of a higher-value season ticket (Mobilis annual season ticket, GA travelcard, FlexiAbo 100 days with more zones)
These refunds are available at the points of sale of Mobilis partner companies.
Yes, the request must be sent to a serviced outlet.
Unused excursion days cannot be carried over to the following year. Unused days may be refunded in accordance with Mobilis tariff regulations (see details by clicking here).
For a refund, please contact one of the Mobilis partner company sales outlets.
